Resilience • Redbud Flower Essence

One of the first trees to flower in the Spring, redbud carries the promise of renewal and the courage for transformation. It encourages resilience, hope and the strength to step forward through change. These blooms were gathered in the late afternoon and set under the full moon.

Flower essences capture the energetic imprint of blossoms and are used as allies for emotional well-being, spiritual growth and ritual practice. They’re made by delicately placing flowers into a crystal bowl filled with spring water, then setting the bowl beneath the sun (or in this case, the moon), allowing the essence or energetic imprint of the flower to transfer to the water. Once the flower has imparted its essence, this energized water is carefully blended into the finished flower essence preparation.

Redbud flower essence can be taken as a daily elixir (a few drops in tea or water), or can be used during ritual, divination or added to spell jars for spiritual healing, wisdom or protection against negative or chaotic energy.
