Our current turnaround time is 1-3 business days. We ship through USPS - first class if the package weighs under 15oz, and Priority if more than a pound. Most shipping times will add 2-4 days to our turnaround time. If you have questions about when your order will arrive, please send us a message through our contact page.

If you need to change your shipping address, please reach out to us right away so that we can try to catch it before your order leaves our office. We are not held responsible for incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses.

"Where is my order?" On occasion, tracking through USPS will lag for a couple of days and an order will say that it's still in "pre-transit" mode. It's not completely uncommon for a package to make it several states before the tracking is updated. We have no idea why this happens, but it happens. It is also not unheard of that a package will be marked as "delivered" before it arrives. This is usually due to issues with delivery over the weekend, but it can happen during the week.

If a couple of days have passed and you still haven't received your order, please call USPS at 1-800-275-8777 with your tracking number and they can help you track down your package. Shipments that show "delivered" on the USPS tracking website are considered fulfilled on our end, and any issue with delivery must be dealt with directly through USPS.
