Lemon balm helps us reconnect to our truest selves. It helps lift spirits with a calming energy and makes space for joy, peace, connection and restoration. It’s associated with intuition, dream work, lucid dreaming, happiness, love, healing, focus, prosperity and renewal. These lemon balm flowers were gathered in the early morning and set under the full sun to infuse.

Flower essences capture the energetic imprint of blossoms and are used as allies for emotional well-being, spiritual growth and ritual practice. They’re made by delicately placing flowers into a crystal bowl filled with spring water, then setting the bowl beneath the sun (or sometimes the moon), allowing the essence or energetic imprint of the flower to transfer to the water. Once the flower has imparted its essence, this energized water is carefully blended into the finished flower essence preparation.

Lemon balm essence can be taken as a daily elixir (a few drops in tea or water), or can be used during ritual, divination or added to spell jars for spiritual healing, wisdom or protection against negative or chaotic energy.
