Protection - Yarrow Flower Essence

Yarrow feels like an old friend. It offers a sense of protection, courage, resilience, energetic shielding and discernment. Our yarrow flowers are gathered in the early mornings, while still wet with the morning dew and are set under the full morning sun to infuse.

Flower essences capture the energetic imprint of blossoms and are used as allies for emotional well-being, spiritual growth and ritual practice. They’re made by delicately placing flowers into a crystal bowl filled with spring water, then setting the bowl beneath the sun (or sometimes the moon), allowing the essence or energetic imprint of the flower to transfer to the water. Once the flower has imparted its essence, this energized water is carefully blended into the finished flower essence preparation.

Yarrow essence can be taken as a daily elixir (a few drops in tea or water), or can be used during ritual, divination or added to spell jars for spiritual healing, wisdom or protection against negative or chaotic energy.
