Grounding Spellwork Herb Blend

Created to help center and ground. Many times, we can feel fragmented and scattered; like we leave pieces of ourselves out in the world. This grounding blend of herbs can help call the pieces of ourselves back to us. This blend contains nettle root, damiana, holy basil (tulsi), motherwort, lavender & dandelion leaf; all selected for their associations with balance, centering and sense of self. Made with food grade organic herbs, it can be used to dress candles, in spell bottles, as loose incense, as an offering, in the bath, or however you see fit to use it in your practice.

Stinging nettle root - to help stay rooted. Strength, courage, protection, warding.
Damiana - strength, focus, manifestation, restoration, connection.
Holy Basil - improves meditation, focus, divination, serenity.
Motherwort - boundaries, sense of self, energy work, protection, confidence.
Lavender - connection, peace, consecration, energy channeling, centering.
Dandelion - grounding, resilience, healing, communication, hope, manifestation.
